My Habits is designed as a private habit, health summary, location, and journal tracker for iPhone. This policy explains what data the app accesses, where it is stored, and when it is sent outside your device.

Data the App Accesses

With your permission, My Habits can read selected Apple Health data, including:

• Resting heart rate
• Heart rate variability SDNN
• Steps
• Active calories
• Weight
• Body mass index
• Respiratory rate
• Oxygen saturation
• Sleeping wrist temperature
• VO2 max
• Exercise time
• Walking/running distance
• Workout duration

With your permission, My Habits can use iPhone location services to determine the country or countries associated with a day. The app is designed to store country names, not precise routes.

You can also enter manual habit values, field names, locations, and journal notes.
